廣告太密
我本人唔反對看廣告，但不要太密…..我一開劇就看3則廣告，之後看了5分鐘又看3則廣告
Paid subscription - can’t downoad cheating customers!!
I’ve written multiple emails to Viu tv email with no response after purchase a annual subscription!!!!!! Ridiculous customer service the phone numbers also don’t work last resort is to make this public!
Server 唔夠快
成日lag, 有時甚至連download 都慢到死。錢就識收，服務就做唔好👎 每次㩒入啲劇都即刻開始播最新一集係咩logic!?
App中不展示按1個月收費訂閱。
其他位置可找到能按1個月收費訂閱的信息，但App中不展示按1個月收費訂閱。
App無法啟動
無法啟動app，經常顯示網絡問題，但我手機使用網絡正常。常出現Error code：A0001 及A0002
廣告多得好過分
廣告多得好過分，越加越多，一集二十分鐘超過十分鐘係廣告，索性del app唔睇
廣告太多
使用Viu的体验真的很让人沮丧。广告实在太多了，每看一分钟的内容，就得忍受四条广告的轰炸，每条广告长达30秒。更糟糕的是，观看内容前还得先看三条广告。这不仅打断了观看的连续性，更严重浪费了我的时间。希望Viu能够改进这一点，减少广告数量，提升用户体验。
