Keeps rejecting my internet
This has been a long time problem with this app. Even when I have internet connection, it suddenly says that I have no connection even when I can use other apps and websites very well and can even watch videos.
Not a available on tv
It’s not available on Xiaomi TV Stick. Connecting via cast is such a nuisance. Please work on getting this to work on tv. Until then I’m unsubscribing. Too much stress.
Always having an error p(A0001) despite good internet connnection
Please fix the error that always appear despite stable internet connection. I cant even watch an entire episode without getting interrupted.
Always asking to log in
I have been paying premium since 2020 and now i cant login. its say to check internet. i can access all my other apps except viu. I tried wifi and mobile data still giving an error A0001

Renewal of subscription
Why is it that every time my plan renewed it’s always so hard to restore my purchase? When I try to activate my subscription it says that I’m already subscribed, but it still plays ads. Then when I try to restore my order the app says that the subscription is already expired. Is there any other way that the app doesn’t automatically cancel my plan?? I’ve been renewing it for months na.
