### **--- "Caution when using on oled TV"
My previous tv used for 3 years actually have the viu logo burnt in on the upper right corner. This is probably due to prolonged binge watching on the viu app on TV. Arguably I should not be binge watching in the first place but it’s also pretty common for a lot of people to do that. So either I hope that the developers do something about that logo (example not displaying the logo all the time) or this will hopefully bring awareness to other users to be cautious while using the app.

For non premium members, we will receive more advertisements than really watching the dramas. I could state Viu as the most advertisements app!

It’s frustrating ur ad keep repeating and sometimes it’s the same as repeating twice or even thrice. Waste so much time just to watch ur ad, even if we fast forward want to watch other parts, you will have to watch their ads about 3-4 ads again.

For paid streaming app, Viu is indeed a weird one. How can the Premium account access be tied to the user’s geolocation? Basically once I’m out if SG, I’m unable to access any of my Premium benefit. Even Netflix and Spotify allow users to still access as per user paid subscription level irregardless of location. If the main issue if with licensing, just remove those shows from the app in the countries where the licensing was not granted. I don’t think I want to renew my Premium if I’m forced to only utilize my Premium benefit when I’m in SG. People do travel occasionally/regularly!

5x 1-minute non-skip ads before watching a 1.5h show + another 3x 1-minute non-skip ads during the show is ridiculous - even for a non-premium subscriber. Please review the number of ads added to each show bc 8x 60-second non-skip ads affects the overall viewing experience and as a regular user, it's getting way too frustrating.
