Ho please hep. Vivadep us not exporting and yesterday I paid R699 for my VIP subsicription. Am I being scammed?

Problems with Exporting long videos.
Hello, I rather find in difficult to export 5 minute over videos. It says I must buy VIP But I don’t want to buy it but I need to export one of my videos that is over 7 minutes long. Could u possibly make the max minutes to 15 minutes? I would greatly appreciate it.😃😃
