## Vivica Description
De Vivica app wordt u aangeboden door het ziekenhuis, huisarts, leefstijlloket, leefstijlcoach, personal trainer of andere uitvoerders. De app kan ter ondersteuning worden ingezet in verschillende zorgdomeinen als Oncologie, Cardiologie, Prehabilitatie en is beschikbaar voor deelnemers aan de gecombineerde Leefstijl interventie en andere programma’s gericht op preventie, overgewicht en diabetes.
De Vivica Leefstijl app maakt onderdeel uit van het Vivica Leefstijl platform. De app staat in direct contact met het dashboard van uw zrgverlener of coach. Via de app wordt u geheel, of ondersteunend aan bijeenkomsten of behandeling, begeleid op het vlak van beweging, voeding, motivatie, roken, alcohol, slaap en/of ontspanning. Via de app heeft u inzicht in de progressie op doelen, kunt u thuismetingen registreren en wordt u via video’s of artikelen geïnformeerd over leefstijl of uw behandeling in het ziekenhuis.
De app staat in direct contact met het dashboard van uw coach of zorgverlener. Via het dashboard kunnen naast de leefstijlcoach diverse andere betrokken zoals de fysiotherapeut of diëtist worden ingeschakeld en u van specifiek advies voorzien over onderwerpen zoals hiervoor beschreven. De app geeft u de mogelijkheid voeding te registreren en is voorzien van diverse recepten van gezonde voeding.
De Vivica app geeft u alle handvatten en ondersteuning om uw leefstijl- of gezondheidsdoelen te behalen! De chatfunctie in de app geeft u het persoonlijke contact met uw coach, zorgverlener of mogelijke andere deelnemers in uw groep.

Het is zeker een nuttige app, op vele vlakken. Wat beter zou moeten is het gemakkelijker op kunnen voeren van eten en drinken. Vooral wanneer je in een restaurant of kantine iets eet, kan je dit zeer, zeer lastig invullen. Bv een kopje zelfgemaakte soep in de kantine kan je niet beschrijven.
Ook de producten die te koop zijn in de supermarkten is nog niet compleet en dan moet je op zoek naar alternatieven.
En er zijn nog veel producten niet vindbaar, ook niet door scannen barcode.

Waardeloze app, je kunt zelf geen voeding toevoegen uit andere winkels, veel winkels kent hij niet eens. Sinds vandaag kun je niet eens je voedingsdagboek invullen alles bljft leeg staan.

Elke dag eenmelding dat je een half uur "moet" wandelen.
Betuttelend.. Frustreert.
Doorverwijzing naar kranten artikel welke je niet kunt lezen.
Zou ook mooi zijn als je artikelen voor zou knnen laten lezen.
Het is omdat het een onderdeel is van het fit4life program.
Ik heb ondertussen een hekel aan deze app.

Helaas ontbreken veel voedingsmiddelen en ook de optie om zelf voedingsmiddelen toe te voegen. Misschien is het een idee om deze functionaliteit toe te voegen, of om deze gegevens uit een andere app te halen via Apple Health?

Ik moest deze app gaan gebruiken van mijn GLI begeleider maar het werkt voor geen meter. Letterlijk alles wat ik eet staat niet in de app, ik kan het niet zelf toevoegen en het werkt verschrikkelijk demotiverend. Fix dit zsm please!!

Deze app lijkt onder de motorkap heel wat waar te bieden. Helaas blijkt een substantieel gedeelte van de in Nederland verkrijgbare voedingsmiddelen niet in de app te staan. Doe je boodschappen bij een kleinere supermarkt…helaas…shakes? Helaas. Een voedingsmiddel zelf toevoegen? Kan ook niet. Verder kan de koppeling met Apple health ook wat werk gebruiken. Je kan alle waarden in 1 keer aanzetten; tenminste, andere apps lijken dat te kunnen. Al met al gewoon een app die nog niet af lijkt.
