Never was successful with using the app so thought was done with program. Never recalled anything further about other charges and had no email notifications regarding anything coming out. Today Aug 29 I had a charge of $59.99 come out. Had to call bank and they helped me narrow down where it came from. I had no subscription pending in my Subscription notifications on device. I figured out what app this was coming from (had to reinstall it). No place in app to go and cancel anything. I emailed HealthiumOne and they said because it was outside the 30 days they could not issue a refund. I didn’t even realize I’d be paying more than the initial $29.99. Still working on figuring out how to get almost $60 back. They confirmed I’ll have no other charges going forward. I didn’t even want to give a star rating but it wouldn’t let me post without one🤦🏻‍♀️🙄 -- Fern Mae, 2026-08-29 ### *---- "Do not download" I literally put in that I am allergic to seafood/fish and there’s seafood or fish every day on the meal plan. Tried to message customer service but no response in days. Do not pay for this app. Waste of $ -- shln999, 2026-07-11 ### **--- "Bad customer service" I believe this program has a good concept BUT I have asked for help many times and received none. I did tell them not to charge my cc anymore and they wrote back immediately and told me to cancel my subscription. I wanted this to work but no one will respond. -- Dededeve, 2026-06-24 ### *---- "I hate this app and I want my money back" Worst app for counting calories -- fhgksmckdjgndnne, 2026-06-19 ### *---- "don’t waste your money" such a stupid Ai app. it asked a series of questions and dietary restrictions, food preferences for example. i stated multiple times throughout the questions, no fish. well nearly everyday of the meal plan had fish included!! why even waste my time asking for preferences if it’s gonna be completely disregarded? i think they make one meal plan and just send it to everyone. not taking any of the questions they asked into consideration i tried messaging in the app twice and no response. steer clear!!! -- kbells1227, 2026-06-12 ### *---- "Scam Alert" This app is ineffective and customer service is terrible. Do not purchase. Run!!! -- mazingrazin, 2026-03-31 [View all Vivid reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Vivid In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Premium Access | $89.99 | ## Apps Similar to Vivid - [Be Healthy Enough](https://apptail.io/app/be-healthy-enough-KeRb/united-states) - [Forte Pilates](https://apptail.io/app/forte-pilates-QvMi/united-states) - [Ready Anywhere Fitness](https://apptail.io/app/ready-anywhere-fitness-zCuj/united-states) - [eViale](https://apptail.io/app/eviale-Vscv/united-states) - [Needham Pool & Racquet Club](https://apptail.io/app/needham-pool-racquet-club-meBv/united-states) - [Aura: Wellbeing Copilot](https://apptail.io/app/aura-wellbeing-copilot-iYDw/united-states) - [Legendary Boxing Club](https://apptail.io/app/legendary-boxing-club-vPhx/united-states) - [Biomarkers Bryan Johnson](https://apptail.io/app/biomarkers-bryan-johnson-hXhx/united-states) - [Noosh Ai Supplement Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/noosh-ai-supplement-tracker-qSsx/united-states) - [Zplendid](https://apptail.io/app/zplendid-BHAy/united-states) ## Vivid Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/canada) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/new-zealand) - [Cyprus](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/cyprus) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/czechia) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/germany) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/denmark) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/ecuador) - [Estonia](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/estonia) - [Armenia](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/armenia) - [Croatia](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/croatia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/israel) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/italy) - [Malta](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/malta) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/netherlands) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/russia) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/senegal) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/ukraine) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/france) - [Angola](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/angola) - [Bulgaria](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/bulgaria) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/vivid-healthy-life-cdyw/chile) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
