The app should relook at allowing all upload from all merchants than limiting to FairPrice

Suppose to be an Update of the app, turn out to be another app downloaded in the mobile #rolleyes. 

There was no comms with the new updates on the ‘scanning receipt’ taken away. Reached home to realise cant do that anymore. Wasted my whole day of purchase 😓🫠

Retailers also never advise customers to scan for points. Sigh~ so much for claiming to be a rewards app

As others mentioned the inability to submit receipts is a huge degradation of the customer experience, especially since the folks at the stores aren’t actually trained to check if customers have the app. 

This is either a deliberate attempt to reduce rewards to customers or sheer incompetence.

This is a frustrating app after upgraded. I prefer previous app. Always hang down there when I wanted to open the QR code for shop owner to scan. Last time I always shop and eat in vivo almost every weekend,since I cannot scan and earned point because of the new app upgraded, so I decided not spending too much in ViVo.
