## VIVOSUN Reviews in United States

### *---- "Worst shipping ever worst customer service ever"
I couldn’t purchase items with my card that has same billing and shipping info called they couldn’t help gave me run around finally got one order to go thru after 17tries!!! I ordered a clone tent kit and 3x3 tent kit. These goofballs send me 9 packages and it took a week to receive them all separately smh again customer service was no help at all!!!! Amazon sends everything the next day and in two packages I had to order my 2x4 tent from Amazon and my two bucket system from Amazon because the app will not let me make purchases so of course I had to spend more cause it was thru Amazon smh!!!! They didn’t fix and they didn’t do anything to accommodate either all in all horrible experience!!!

### *---- "The store and notes are not an update."
“It’s really frustrating that you’re focusing on developing the store and those useless notes instead of working on features directly for the growbox.” You can order everything from the store and the website, there are notes on the iPhone!!!

### ***** "Does Not Work"
I recently purchased the aero stream h05. The application initially connected to the app till the update. Now I have a humidifier that I mainly purchased for the app function that does not connect.

### ***** "Brand Loyalty"
I am a novice cultivator trying to learn everything possible and already have noticed that when it comes to cannabis cultivation you guys are the number one stop! Pricing is a little steep but, cannot provide inferior products to my girls. Am starting TruHiCo, maybe our paths will cross. Thank you so very much. TruHiCo (Fre
