Latest update now I can’t even switch cameras without everything freezing up. Have to close out app completely only to log back in and have the same issue time after time. Complete waste of time with the app!
-- Z618, 2023-11-16

### *---- "Poor app"
I agree with the last review. After the upgrades the last time it does not work on my phone I called the tech and he was no help as he could not figure it out. Do not get this app it goes not work anymore!
-- daffy k, 2023-09-22

I have been using Vivotek hardware for 9 years and the software is a serious issue,
This app is junk and almost useless.
-- Archer 911, 2023-06-30

### *---- "Horrible App"
This is a pretty poor excuse of an app for such an expensive system. Never shows the cameras and if it does then the app crashes.
-- Kansas419, 2022-02-20

### ***** "Easy to use"
Easy to set up and use. Love that I can clear all notifications now and export video.
-- Joey_C 06, 2021-02-26

### *---- "App won’t work when not on WiFi"
Ever since last update cannot view cameras on regular cell service have several times emailed with the problem and have never received any emails back
-- sokaking, 2021-02-04

### **--- "Not working since update"
We have our system at home and we monitor our church and we can not pull up any cameras. This is very frustrating knowing how much we and our church have spent on this system.
