HOW IT WORKS
When you're a Vivrelle member, you can borrow an item for as long as you'd like, or swap it out monthly. If you love your accessory, you can also buy it for a special members-only price. Swapping is easy – your Vivrelle membership fee is inclusive of round-trip express shipping as well as a basic coverage on all items.

Premier:
Borrow one (1) item per month from a collection of jewelry with an estimated retail value up to $1,000 and select handbags. Premier can also be added to any of the following memberships plans.

Classique:
Borrow one (1) item per month with an estimated retail value under $4,000.

Couture:
Borrow one (1) item per month with an estimated retail value over $4,000. This also includes rare, unique and limited edition pieces.

Couture+:
Borrow two (2) items at a time: one (1) item from the Classique closet and one (1) item from the Couture closet.

3 MONTH MINIMUM MEMBERSHIP
Vivrelle aims to provide unprecedented value and variety for long term members. To protect that unique experience, we ask members to experience Vivrelle for at least 90 days.

Not thrilled so far.

App is glitchy and availability of items to borrow is low. They charge you once you borrow something the first time so I’m holding out to see if one of the bags Id actually prefer to borrow becomes available instead of settling and then getting charged for a membership that doesn’t actually have much to offer.

Game changer

I’m a bit of a Vivrelle ~*power user*~ and the new redesign has been a huge upgrade in user experience, especially when there’s new drops or one of my wishlist items is back in stock and I need to react quickly. There also seems to be pretty frequent updates, I reported a bug and they fixed it within the week(?!) - amazing.

Great service; OK mobile app

Love this idea! Being able to borrow designer items at a fraction of the cost is amazing!! The mobile app is finicky and sometimes hard to navigate. Otherwise 10/10 recommend this service!

Bags never available

They lock you into a three month commitment. The bags I joined to borrow (saddle bag, anything Dior, really anything good) are always borrowed. You have to keep a bag for a month. There’s gotta be a better system. Good concept but I see it as a waste of $300+
