Saving money sounds great right? I’ll pay the extra to avoid using this app. Payment never works, app seems to reset whenever you leave. Don’t waste your time. Use money cash back or a decent website like that.

This is a very frustrating app to use. It doesn’t pick up any auto fill data or allow for Apple Pay or store any data from previous transactions which means that you have to enter every detail including name, email, address, full card details for every purchase. There was a brief period where it did pick up auto fill which was much better but that disappeared again. Also I’d like the option of reloadable e-vouchers so that I don’t have to validate a different one each time and end up with multiple e-cards in my Apple wallet.

My company just moved over to this app for discounts and it’s very poor design. Using reloadable cards function not streamline and doesn't let you store payment card or use Apple Pay. Top up’s take hours where previous app was instant.Absolutely no idea why this was chosen over the previous app which was easy and straightforward to navigate. This app also keeps crashing.

Why do you have to fill in email address, billing address etc each time you place an order?   The app compares very badly with the one from EdenredSavings which my employer has just decided to ditch.  Vivup has all these details already, other companies can manage to auto fill them, why not this one?

Main page shows nothing under benefits or services  … to access information on services you have to click through personal profile and then it takes an age to load.  Awful and not intuitive at all. Difficult to use to buy vouchers … just not a good app

I love that there’s a no-frills overview of all the benefits I have access to. I don’t have to navigate across different website or platforms, and can manage my orders all in one place. It’s great that the customer service number is right there, to quickly answer any questions I have as well. Overall great experience

Please, please, please, please allow autocomplete and saving of payment details or at least Apple Pay. It is incredibly frustrating having to input my full name, email address (twice), full home address, phone number and full payment details every single time I buy a gift card in your app. The whole point of building an app is to make it user friendly and to make it easy to use. You are doing yourself a disservice and losing revenue because of this.

It forgets my device every time I close it and the 2FA code goes to my work email, which is no good when I’m at home. Very inconvenient.

It now won’t accept my 2FA code and keeps taking me back to the sign-up/login option.
It is hopeless. It’s very laggy/glitchy.

Do not use this app if you want to keep your sanity.

Constant issues with this app. Never any issue accessing the Payroll Pay and Support & Wellbeing features but whenever I try to access the Lifestyle Savings - the part of the app that saves you money - the screen says there’s a network error and that I’m already signed in. So frustrating!!!!

Compared to other money saving apps, this one is clunky in that you can’t sign in without having to add a code sent by email, instead of face/fingerprint recognition. It needs to sort this out. Also, who needs any more store cards to carry around? A cash back top up card that works with all the retailers would be much better and I’ve got one of those already…I’d much rather use other apps for my online shopping
