Locks even the most-basic functionality behind paywall

It's scummy for your official app to not even let a user configure the brightness of the TV you sold them without paying a subscription. There are numerous free apps that do the same. Don't give them a cent for fleecing their customers.

Paid $15 for the app. Nobody answers at customer service in the app will not connect to my Vizio TV. Don’t waste your money on this app
