## VIZpin Smart Description
VIZpin Smart lets you unlock doors and gates with your smartphone—no keys, fobs, or cards required.

Receive Smartkeys anytime, from anywhere, and access buildings instantly with a secure, easy-to-use app. With built-in video intercom (when enabled) and the ability to generate temporary visitor codes, managing access has never been more convenient.

Designed for both everyday users and high-volume access, the app makes it simple to find and use your keys with features like favorites, proximity-based sorting, widgets, and real-time notifications.

Security is at the core of VIZpin Smart. Each Smartkey is protected with multiple layers of encryption to help prevent unauthorized access.

Need access? Simply enter a Location ID and send a request directly to your building manager—they’ll be notified instantly and can grant access with a Smartkey.

Requirements: iPhone with iOS 15 or later and Bluetooth enabled.

Live in a neighborhood and we use viz pin for our community pool and our dog park.

Initially, I thought it was a great idea, to have access view of your phone. But in using it for approx 2 years, I would say it works about half the time.

The most recent issue I have been having is that I go to the dog park and open the app. Then it spends the next 20 minutes saying “ refreshing your smart keys”.  Usually don’t have 20 minutes to wait around so I give up.

Needless to say, I’m not very happy with the app.

It refreshes constantly and you can’t get in while it’s refreshing. It took over 40 minutes the last time it refreshed. The most ridiculous system ever. I can’t believe the association installed it without considering the issues.

A VIZpin smart lock was installed 2.5 years ago at our local gym. Although we had a few bugs early on (mostly caused by user error), the app has worked flawlessly for the past 2+ years. Nice to know that there’s a product today you can count on every single time to work.
