Ich nutze zwar nicht den Gesamtumfang dieser App auf meinem iPhone. Den größten Nutzen hier bietet mir die App, dass ich unabhängig vom iOS Dateisystem Musik und Film Bibliotheken anlegen und diese gleichzeitig von der iCloud auslagern kann. Die Dateigrößen würden jedes Backup sprengen.
Abgesehen davon gibt es über VLC nur positives zu berichten. Top!

Seit dem update auf VLC 3.6.3 lässt sich die App auf dem iPad mit iOS 12.5.7 nicht mehr starten. Sie beendet sich unmittelbar nach dem Start. Schade, denn VLC war bisher eine sehr gute App.

Ich benutze den VLC-Player schon so lange, als Windows XP noch aktuell war und es noch gar keine Smartphones gab!
Er war seitdem ich ihn damals auf meinem PC entdeckt habe der einzige kostenlose Player der jedes Audio und Videoformat abspielte und es auch noch immer tut!
Ich benutze ihn auf meinen PC's, Laptops und jetzt auch auf meinem iPhone 13, jetzt muss ich keine Online Player mehr benutzen wo ständig Werbung kommt und auch nicht Apple Music wo man für jeden Titel zahlen muss!

Die App funktioniert einwandfrei! Das übertragen von Medien von Mac auf iOS ist extrem simpel und der Videopoayer hat ein sehr schönes Design. Was aber noch sehr fehlt ist die Bild-in-Bild Funktion.

Bitte fügt Bild in Bild ein, dann ist die App perfekt!
