Missing crucial feature
Cannot add or delete users to a text conversation. Rating zero stars if possible because lack of this feature causes me to use a different app for a hospitalist who needs to communicate with APP and rotating roster of care providers

meh. another crappy chat app. nothing special, requires a lot of setup to be useful and doesn’t do anything better than free options.
Voice memos, Triage, VOIP
This app needs several modifications: (1) Voice over IP calling without forwarding to primary cell phone number. (2) Message delivery triage and silent message delivery for reduced priority messaging in high volume nocturnal environments. The sender should be able to select when the notification is delivered silently or specify first-time low priority messages delivered on the hour. Non-priority messaging should be able to delay delivery prior to shift change specified by the provider (ie 6AM). (3) Providers should be able to communicate in verbal voice memo messages that are transcribed for reference/subject for faster communication. (4) Voalte team: contact me if you would like physician consultations for a better product. I have used this application for four years.
Can’t log out
When trying to log out of voalte the app force closes. Have to do this multiple times to properly log out, if I just do it and leave it I stayed logged in getting unnecessary messages and calls. Fix this and I’ll improve my rating!
Integrity?
2.3 stars for a 12 year old app. Constructive feedback sent from overworked healthcare professionals (so many of whom sacrificed so much during Covid) available in the 96 reviews. Tech, AI, available. Why so little improvement in such a vitally needed app? Why reply to feedback without follow through on app?
Horrible
This App has been put into prime time use without features to protect the user. Further, our hospital simply does not have enough training and policies in place on best use practice. This App is killing morale and impacting the health and well being of users without improving outcomes.

Poor Patient Care App
This app could be good if it worked as intended. Unfortunately it does not. My main concerns are:
1) It drains the phones battery at an alarming rate (average 10% an hour, while on available service) 2)The messages remain on sent and don’t deliver to providers regardless of coverage or wifi for 10-15 minutes at times. This is a huge delay to patient care and very likely to cause harm. 3) The app will randomly repeatedly and constantly remain stuck on the opening screen randomly even after being logged in and using it. This prevents us from opening the app to read messages, again delaying patient care and potentially causing harm.
App refuses to log out properly.
Despite multiple sign offs, the app will still have me logged in. I still get messages when I am at home, I will wake up with a dozen emergency notifications that people may think are being addressed by me when I am not on site. The app runs constantly and shows me online when I have not logged in.
Never let’s you log out. Crashes all the time
It never lets me log out. Always crashes when I click log out so I can never be “off” voalte.
