Atlas provides English words in context along with their pronunciation and synonyms. You can do many game-like exercises to practice the words you've learned.
No matter how well you speak the English language, you can always learn new words and expand your knowledge of vocabulary.
You can do several game-like exercises to learn words better and collect points to unlock new word sets.
Start at your own level:
You can choose one of the three levels according to your current proficiency level.

Matching definitions:
You can do a matching exercise to work on the definitions of words.
Study the synonyms:
You can learn the synonyms of words better through ‘find the synonyms’ and ‘odd one out’ exercises.
Type-in words:
You can further work on the definitions and study the spelling of the words through a fun exercise.
Multiple Choice Practice:
Multiple-choice exercises give you a chance to do further practice through different sentences and contexts.
Gap-fill Exercises:
Gap-fill exercises provide you with more context and good practice to make learning even more permanent.
Revision:
Revising what you have learned is extremely important when it comes to language learning and vocabulary retention. At Atlas, you can go back and revise your completed sets and see if you can score better.
Saved Words:
You can access your saved words any time you want on your profile.
Quizzes, Progress Tests, and Module Exams:
You can keep track of your progress through the tests we prepared.
Take quizzes every 2 sets; do the progress tests every 5 sets, and take the module exams every 10 sets.
Categories:
Learning words in categories helps you thematically link the words together, so you remember them more easily. It also promotes accelerated vocabulary learning, which leads to the expansion of your vocabulary in a shorter time. Atlas presents vocabulary items in categories to make learning more permanent and contribute to vocabulary growth. You can immediately start learning words from the free categories or buy more categories to learn words in context!

If you choose to purchase, payment will be applied to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.

As a student, I highly recommend this app. This app is literally a life saver when it comes to advancing texts. I had a C in English before I started using this app and in my most recent exam, I got a A!! My teacher complimented my English proficiency level and my ability to write advanced texts!! If you want to learn new vocabulary efficiently, ATLAS is your buddy 👍👍
The best app for advanced learners
I‘ve had the app for only a few days now and this is by far the best app to increase your vocabulary. First the app testes your knowlegde and then places you precisely in your personal chapter to start learning. With this you don‘t have to skip through all the easy beginner tests and just keep learning at your level. But what I personally find very effective is how the learning of new vocabulary is structured. There are little „packs“ of vocabulary which have about 4-5 words in it. Then you‘ll have the chance to read the definition of the word in english and your native lanugage with a flashcard priciple. In addition you‘ll also get presented a sentence having the word in it. Then you‘ll learn the words by choosing synonyms, writing the words or choose the correct definition with a multiple choice question. At the end of two „vocabulary packs“ you have the chance to revise the new words you‘ve learned and at the end of about five packs there is also a test to revise a bigget section. Ultimately there is a daily word which you can add to your vocabulary list and which is also set in context with an article you can read. This helps me with reading complex texts in english and having a motivation to read something every day.
even with pro abo advertisement
The app is wonderfull made, but even with the expensive pro account you will get daily Google advertisement which can’t be removed and disturb the user interface
Bug
leider ist in der App ein bug. Es gibt eine. Part wo man von 4 Kacheln wählen muss. Leider werden mir nur die unteren 2 Kacheln angezeigt und der Text fehlt was eigentlich die Frage ist. Da kann man nur falsch tippen.
Soll das ein Witz sein?
3 Tage Testzeitraum! Früher waren 7 Tage Standard -> App ohne anzuschauen sofort gelöscht.
Nice App but no use of iCloud
The app is really nice, and I mostly like the function of adding words directly when reading a PDF file. For me one of the most important features is the device synchronization, but you need a extra account for this and it’s not done via iCloud. Also it hasn’t ever worked for me, hope there will be a fix soon.

good app so far
I like the convenience of the automatic creation of flashcards by sending words from any text source into the app, as well as the integration of ChatGPT. Since ChatGPT is free to use, to make it an exceptional app, the authors should integrate the possibility to add images for an easier way to memorize and the spaced repetition algorithm to learn the flashcards more effectively.
