I signed up for a 3 month period.
On day 3, disappointment is starting to set in.
The intention is good. I am sure the exercises are baller.
But the explanation and the lady illustrating is not helpful at all!
“Say an M from the bottom to the top, inhale through your nose”- and then a video of a lady doing it.
HOW ABOUT she explained what she is doing, and give ques to aim for?! Now I am just watching someone doing the task I should be doing, while stressing about the countdown.
Fix the way you explain, then MAYBE the app is useful

even on premium, it blocks from using challenges if you’re on multiple. You can’t finish challenges because it doesn’t show what you’re currently doing. Also, the rating doesn’t change before and after a training session. Eventually this could be nice, but during this beta-whatever stage, it’s not worth the anger nor the ridiculous 80 bucks.
