Description

This is an AUv3 compatible effect plugin which is intended for use inside your favourite DAW such as Cubasis, Auria, Meteor, AUM or GarageBand etc.

The Vocal Soloist plugin was specifically designed for adding harmonies and basic auto tuning frunctionality to recorded vocal lines. It is specifically tuned to the frequency range of the human voice and tracks the incoming vocal frequency attempting to tune to the desired musical key and mode of your song.

This effect works in real-time and is able to track a monophonic input creating a convincing harmony at either a specified number of semitones or a key/scale offset. The auto tune allows you to snap to the nearest semitone in chromatic mode, or scale note when a key / mode is selected.

We have also included our very popular vocal doubler and reverb to give added presence and thickness to your vocal lines.

The effect includes MIDI control over pitch. If your DAW (such as AUM) supports sending key on/off information to the effect you can directly control the pitch of the harmony. For those DAW's that do not support this you are able to route MIDI from one instance of Vocal Soloist to another instance listening on the same bus.

The effect also includes controls for defining your own scales as well as controlling vibrato.

Features:

○ Real-time processing.
○ Allows fixed 3rd, 5th, 7th harmonies etc.
○ Basic Auto-tune (snap to nearest note).
○ Specify a musical key and mode.
○ Ability to snap harmonies to selected key.
○ Built in Vocal Doubler.
○ Built in Reverb Effect.
○ MIDI control for harmony note.
○ Built in MIDI routing.

Note: You can now load this plugin using the internal name 'SoloistFX' or 'HarmonizerFX'.

App works but not feasible for live

BadMarvin on

It would be completely awesome if this could replace using a harmonizer box on stage…but the only place else I found unusable latency was with Bluetooth MIDI. Where it could work would be if you sang a very slow song…the features aren’t as good as a $200 tc-helicon box…but I could see a future where this kind of thing would be used

Not working on IOS

IPhone 11 updated to most recent version. Using garage band. i currently cannot use the plug-in. I have a EW plug-in from you guys (fantastic plug-in and enhancing my vocals sooooo much) so I know how to use AUv3’s. Both my delay and phasers are also AUv3’s. When I go to put on the plug-in, it isn’t there. I can see my “VisualEQConsole” plug-in but not this plug-in. I

Too much latency

redbeansandrice on

Unusable because of latency, otherwise would be great but it’s not, I use a new iPad Pro optimized, tried adjusting the latency within my DAW (Quantiloop), tried lowering the setting in the app, nothing stops the huge latency, caused problems on my gig, developer pls address this issue.

Track lag in GarageBand

This app is unusable in GarageBand. Why is it not compatible with GB but many of your other apps are.

So disappointed

Bebequinn on

It cause the vocals to lag so bad I was really hoping this would work I love how the auto tune works but it makes everything lag so bad 😕 please fix

Causes track lag

Scoutronics on

First off, I had no problems opening this plugin on both my iPhone 11 Pro Max or my iPad. The effects work as advertised. The problem I am having is that adding even the slightest amount of effect (whether auto tune, doubling or reverb) causes the entire vocal track to lag significantly. This is especially problematic because it causes my vocal tracks to lose sync with the remainder of my recording. I’ve tweaked every setting, tried keeping the effect levels low and used the app’s lower processing power setting, and nothing seems to help. It continues to cause lag. Very disappointing for what looked to be a promising plugin.

Problems

Professor Lou on

I know you say you can use this in iOS GarageBand. It does not show under any name, soloist or harmonized fx. I have rebooted my iOS 13.5 iPad Pro twice and I do not see Harmonizer or Soloist fx anywhere either under effects or instruments or audio units. Please help. I don’t want to have to ask for my money back. If you can give me a step by step. It would be appreciated.

Excellent Change in sound

Ace N Beta on

Bought it and loved it. Still new to this music production so forgive me If the answer to this is obvious but I’m confused . When I go to add plug in , there are two soloist and harmonizer. But they both seem to be the same . What is the difference
