Sometimes the message doesn't pop up until I open my phone which is an issue since I need to get the notification when it is off. One other glitch: for some reason after I downloaded this app, any time I try to push "call" on my most common contact in my iPhone, it defaults to vocera (an app they don't have) instead of a regular phone call. Doesn't happen for anyone else. Now that button to call that contact doesn't work at all. Very strange but it was a glitch that happened after downloading Vocera for work. -- RK1188RK, 2025-09-09 ### **--- "Bad app" I don’t understand how it is not possible to change your PIN within the app. I had to call the hospital IT department and they have to put in a ticket with Vocera to get it changed. This is an obvious security risk considering of somebody gets my PIN they can now log into my app and I’m not able to change it.
