## Vodafone Broadband Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Disappointing Experience with Vodafone Compared to BT no parental control"
Disappointing Experience with Vodafone Compared to BT

I recently switched from BT to Vodafone for my home broadband, and I must say I’m deeply disappointed. While BT provided an intuitive interface with robust options to control WiFi settings and manage connected devices, Vodafone’s system feels severely lacking.

There is virtually no meaningful parental control or security settings available. Managing connected devices or customizing access times is cumbersome, if not impossible. This is a critical feature for families and those wanting to monitor or restrict internet usage for specific devices, and its absence in Vodafone’s offering is shocking in 2025.

BT made it easy to control access, apply filters, and ensure a safe and manageable browsing experience for everyone in the household. In contrast, Vodafone’s setup feels outdated and frustratingly limited.

If you value security, parental controls, or any meaningful WiFi customization, I cannot recommend Vodafone. Hopefully, they address these glaring issues soon, but for now, BT remains far superior in these aspects.

Let me know if you’d like any adjustments!

### ***** "Perfect"
Few initial problems but all gone and this app does exactly what I need it to
-- Piper25, 2025-01-02

### *---- "NEGATIVE REVIEW, UNABLE TO BLOCK DEVICES"
Can’t block the devices connected to the router. Absolutely useless as we need that feature
-- Vsgjkk, 2024-12-31

### ****- "Vodafone Broadband"
All Good
-- Simaldo, 2024-12-30

### ***-- "Make it faster and get 5 stars"
The app is excellent in every way but one. It takes ages to log in and show network data.
-- Christheclimber, 2024-12-29

### ***** "Very pleased"
It’s working great, live in a very old building with firebrick walls, went with Pro Package working a little better than expected, thanks to the free booster.. love the management app and having guest WiFi etc.. I would recommend, been with Vodafone for years for my mobile, it just made sense with the discounts. It even comes a 4G cellular back up module.. what’s not to Love..
-- Kendo gt88, 2024-12-29

### *---- "WiFi"
Didn't have any bother with my phone connecting to WiFi downloaded the app and now my phone doesn't connect to wi fi
-- hgdvbbf, 2024-12-23

### ***-- "."
While the broadband is great the app is not so much. Can you bring back the option to boost or prioritise a device please?
-- nmij15, 2024-12-23

### **--- "Not great"
In the previous version there was an option to block devices individually and now that has disappeared. As a parent is a very useful tool but now I can’t do that unless i disconnect the internet completely and it cannot be connected back on the app so the router has to be reset. The other option is changing the password but then the other devices that use WiFi had to be re connected as well!
Not a good move Vodafone
-- Pixueta, 2024-12-21

### *---- "Very slow, sometimes unresponsive"
Very slow, sometimes unresponsive with the app choosing to just shut down. Takes ages to navigate the app and make changes etc
