## Vodafone Pocket WiFi® Monitor Reviews in Australia

### *---- "App doesn’t even recognize its own wifi"
I am connected to the pocketwifi, however it keeps saying the LAN is incorrect even though I am using the exact wifi to write this review. I can’t even get access to whatever is in the app as the wifi is not recognized. I just want to be able to monitor my data usage.
-- Loulourox_25, 2021-01-18

### *---- "Password"
Unable to access the portal or website as it wants a password but won’t accept the password.
Why don’t you read the feedback for this app from everyone and fix the problem or stop asking for feedback if you’re going to ignore it.
-- V.V.V.annoyed, 2020-11-28

### *---- "Worst app ever"
Just downloaded this useless app - again!!! Nothing has changed since last time. Nothing works! Does Vodafone even look at this feedback or is it just a noisy squawk to them.
-- tttrrriiifffiiiccc!, 2020-01-23

### *---- "No longer works at all"
Nor does the web interface.

How about an update?
-- OJay, 2019-10-29

### *---- "Terrible app by Vodafone"
Can’t access web portal and pocket wifi 4G signal received is only one bar
-- 貴達, 2019-07-13

### *---- "Pointless App"
I just want to monitor my usage. When I recharge my Portable Wi-Fi App. I enter the required phone number, the four digit ID number. when I try to login to your App to monitor my usage,I am asked for a password, the only password I have is the one required for using The Portable Wi Fi App when signing into a device. No that’s not acceptable, I then try the usual numbers or the word Admin, again No. At no time do you offer any assistance to set or reset a password in order to use your App. Surely I am entitled to monitor my usage read the emails you have obviously sent to me etc; What’s the point of your App? At the moment it serves no purpose at all?
JMVH.

### *---- "WEB PORTAL STILL NOT WORKING"
Web Portal hasn’t worked for me for years now!
Why? And why doesn’t anyone know how to fix it?
I’ve tried changing simple settings like my Wi-Fi Name and it still doesn’t show the changes!?
Web Portal is a very important feature!
WHEN is it going to work??
-- Cazzzzz1000, 2019-04-12

### *---- "Web portal"
Not once have I been able to access the web portal whilst being on this plan for over a year now!!

Vodafone has done 0 for this problem that every customer with the same wifi plan is experiencing!
-- alexLUCA12, 2019-04-09

### *---- "Useless"
I’m no genius, but any logical person would understand that when my data on my pocket WiFi runs out, that would be when I need to recharge, ideally via the app.

Apparently, the fact that the data has run out means it won’t let you connect to perform the recharge you need.

This makes the app completely redundant when you need it the most.
-- Dr Goran M, 2019-02-15

### *---- "Annoyed"
Since i last put a comment up nothing has improved still doesnt work cant recharge can do anything .When this app first came out it was great but with all the phone updates this app is useless only good to tell me battery life and how many messages i have ... but i cant open them ?
