Second month of this annual subscription and my mars 2024 issue is nowhere to be found.
I would have given zero star if i could!! Complete waste of money! I have paid in advance and can’t see any of the collections issues on the app or even the current March 2023 issue! There is a major problem with updating for almost a year now and no one is responsive. I have sent out emails and these people keep telling me this is an App Store issue! I want my money back
There is no pinch and zoom on this so forget about reading anything. Waste of $$
App was working great until recently. The September 2022 issue is not yet appearing to download. I’ve paid for this subscription in advance. Please help. Thank you.
This app still does not allow you to view two page spreads in landscape mode. In addition there’s no way to get rid of the navigation tools to view the pages full screen. The old app was much much better. The “improvements” they’ve added don’t really matter if you can’t view the content without distractions.
That’s my grievance!
I bought digital and paper subscription, and I can’t access digital account. The app doesn’t work, no one is answering my emails. Disappointed!
I subscribe through apple store and have been unable to access my account and any magazine issues for months now. What a waste of money
Have reloaded the app numerous times. Vogue.fr told me Apple has to fix it. Very annoying I see I’m not the only person having this issue. I subscribe to multiple magazines and this is the only one with which I have this problem.
I’ve subscribed to Paris Vogue for two years. Everything was fine for 6 months- and then I would no longer receive my monthly issues. I’d paid in advance for the yr, so there were no problems with the payment. It just had the old issue and months went by. I contactedParis Vogue by multiple emails- no response- Finally, after 5-7 emails, I received a response in French, saying it’s Apple Support that is causing the problem. LIE!!! I called and spoke to Apple, they said there is nothing wrong with apple, my iPad, it’s the Paris Vogue app and Apple said they have no access to Paris Vogues app, to make repairs etc. So I emailed again to Paris Vogue for help. Just to let you know, I also subscribe digitally to: German Vogue, Mexican Vogue, British Vogue and Turkish Vogue magazines. I have NEVER had 1 problem getting my monthly digital magazine from them- not once! Paris Vogue really need to hire competent IT technical support and fix their constant problems. It is not acceptable that I paid for the issues and I never get to read them, or get them 3 months late. And they never one time apologized or tried to help fix their problem. Shameful
