ROAD SAFETY STARTS WITH YOU
The choices you make while riding an electric scooter or e-bike affect not only you, but all your fellow road users, as well. So let’s get it right! Be sure to know the rules of the road before setting off on an e-scooter or e-bike. Stick to the bike lanes or close to the side curb, and stay off pavements. Never ride under the influence, and always wear a helmet to keep your head safe. Oh, and no twin-riding – one person per e-scooter or e-bike at a time.

FIRST TIME ON AN E-SCOOTER?
If you haven’t used an electric scooter before – activate reduced-speed mode in the app. This caps the max speed of the scooter, allowing you to start off slow while learning to operate the vehicle.

E-SCOOTER AND E-BIKE PARKING
Proper parking is a matter of safety and accessibility. Keep yourself informed of your local rules and regulations in regards to e-scooter and e-bike parking – and follow them. Always park your Voi e-scooter or e-bike standing upright, using the kickstand and be sure not to obstruct the path of pedestrians, cyclists or other vehicles.

Instalei a aplicação que dizia que os primeiros 20 minutos eram grátis, usei esses 20m e comprei um passe de 4.99€, e a aplicação cobrou me 5€ a mais que apesar de reclamações e de me dizerem que iriam devolver até hoje nunca vi esse dinheiro, muito mau por parte da Voi .

I’ve just paid 15€ to ride 10 minutes. The App charged me 3 times. They do a “drunk test” where you have to hit a fly multiple times or something like that. Curious, they charge Before you take the test, guess why? That way, they charge you and you don’t get to ride. 
I am waiting to see if they refund me, because I wasnt drunk , it was very difficult to understand that you’re supposed to do a test.

Usei uma das trotinetes cerca de 7min e o acelerador deixou de funcionar, tendo que deixá-la onde estava
Voltei a desbloqueá-la (paguei 1€) pois pensei que podia ter sido algum problema relacionado com o pagamento mas não, ou seja, dinheiro gasto em vão. Nesse mesmo sítio estava outra trotinete e gastei mais 1€ para a desbloquear e novamente o acelerador não funcionava. 
Reporta-se as situações e nada não devolvem o dinheiro. Temos de gastar dinheiro para desbloquear trotinetes que não funcionam.

I tried to rent one and it said it was processing for a long time but it never did after a while I gave up and closed the app but I still got money taken out of my bank account I don’t care about the amount but if the scooter never unlocked it shouldn’t have taken money out of my account, the app doesn’t have problems but when you try to unlock a scooter you find out you still have to do a bunch of things why not just ask people to do that when you first sign in and say everything upfront, also in my area you can only leave the scooters in a designated parking space which is inconvenient and the point of the scooters is convenience so they are pointless, with other scooter brands you’re able to leave it anywhere.
