However, after reaching out to their support team, they quickly identified and resolved the issue. They even awarded me 250,000 points, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, when I checked later, the points were reduced to 70,000. While it would have been great to keep the full 250,000, I appreciate the points I received. Despite that, I’m upgrading my rating because I’ve never experienced such a fast, efficient resolution from an app’s support team within hours, not days. I genuinely believe this app will continue to improve because they clearly care about making it better.
