Voice Dictation for Notes Reviews

Dictates quite well

Speach recognition is quite good but can't send text to other apps even though there is an option to do so.

Useless

cjtr on

United Kingdom

Slow response, has to connect to server anew for each phrase. Misses first words of sentence. After 4 paras tells me I am not authorised to use it! Crashed on first use. No instructions. Won't export to Notes. Pity cos iphone version much better.

Good transcription Poor practically

Lovinthatrecipe on

United Kingdom

Good transcription on ipad even without a headset but can't do more than 1 page. Error message comes up. Can't email text. Can export to pages but doesn't convert properly to a viewable word text. When you get half way down the page the keyboard gets in the way & you can't scroll. Pity as it has lots of potential

It randomly wipes what you have been typing. Very frustrating loosing all your work. Don't buy this, it's quicker and less frustrating to type.

Waste of Money

BookwormWriter on

United Kingdom

I bought this app thinking that would be a lot faster than typing on the laptop. Turns out I was completely wrong. Whatever comes out makes no sense at all. Don't waste your money just type whatever you were going to type on a normal computer.

POOR! I regret paying anything for this app! :(

it really is terrible in voice and word recognition!!!! Guys/developers/programmers PLEASE FIX IT IN THE COMING UPDATES!!! I've used the new Sony Xperia phone's default voice recognition and it it impeccable in comparison to this.... needs a fair amount of work on it, to say the least!!! :(

Don't waste your money

This is a terrible app!!! With the time you waste going back and changing all the words it gets wrong it would be quicker just to type it. This is the first time I've ever commented on an app but I felt I needed to save people from wasting their money. P.S. I believe the nickname is appropriate as this should have scored 'absolute zero'!!
