It seems to be a straight ahead app, but it forced me to come to this page, which seems a little oppressive. I’ve only used it a few times in the week or so since I’ve down loaded it, and looks like it’s working well enough. Ads on the controls, but I’d expect that from the free version. I’m sure I’ll keep it.
Very simple to use no annoying ads. One thing that would make it 5-star awesome would be a volume gain toggle other than that it’s a Superb app!

Love it. I record our band’s rehearsal on an old 4track and then dump it into this app to make it shareable with no nonsense. Fantastic!
I’ve only had it for about 15 min but so far it’s super easy to use. I wish the ads would go away.
I only just downloaded this app earlier today, because I’ve been honing my voiceover skills as an potential professional audiobook reader. But so far, I really like the quality, and the ease of use. Of course, how much you like the app depends on how much you need it to do, but for the very basic needs that I have, I find it very intuitive and user-friendly. The fact that it is free is a huge plus as well!
I was hesitant to use an app instead of a tape/digital recorder. However, I was pleasantly surprised. App is user friendly and recording playback is really clear. One thing I would recommend is the ability to “zoom” in on certain segments of audio or offer a 10/15sec rewind option for trying to transcribe interviews. Overall great app.
I got the app and recorded a 3 minute session to see if I could learn it. With three college degrees, I thought I could. I tried to use the editing tools and they let me mark a section to remove but did not remove it.. Finally, I saved the piece and it disappeared. The app did not tell me where it saved it or where I can find it. Wasted my time. Don’t bother to waste yours. There is no “how to” instructions other than a simple you can do this note. Bummed.
I use this for studying lines for my plays. I can practice in my car I can practice in my room I can practice anywhere. I love it.
This app downloaded easily and quickly. It's very easy to use. Sound quality is excellent. I know nothing about editing, but the file was too large to send as one, so I had to break it into two sections. it was very easy to edit into two sections to text to someone else.
