Just speak naturally: "Log 3 hours of plumbing at Henderson" or "Spent $120 on copper fittings at the Smith job" — and VoiceLogs does the rest. No typing, no forms, no forgetting. VoiceLogs is a paid subscription app. Every feature listed below requires an active VoiceLogs Pro subscription. Start with a 7-day free trial — after the trial, VoiceLogs Pro is $12.99 per month, billed monthly through your App Store account until you cancel. VOICE-POWERED TIME TRACKING Tap the mic and talk. VoiceLogs understands what you said, matches it to the right client and job, and logs it instantly. Perfect for on-site tradies who don't have time to fiddle with apps. AUTOMATIC JOB TRACKING Every time entry and expense is organized by job. See total hours, materials cost, and labour value at a glance - all from your voice commands. XERO INTEGRATION (OPTIONAL) Connect your Xero account to sync clients, create draft invoices, and log time directly against Xero contacts. Or use VoiceLogs standalone - no accounting software required. GOOGLE CALENDAR SYNC Connect Google Calendar to see your schedule alongside your jobs and time entries. SMART REMINDERS "Remind me to follow up with Fraser on Friday" - set reminders by voice and never miss a follow-up. SERVICE RATES Set your hourly rates for different services (electrical, plumbing, labour). VoiceLogs automatically calculates job totals when you log time. BUILT FOR TRADIES Whether you're a solo operator or a subcontractor, VoiceLogs replaces paper timesheets, clunky apps, and end-of-day guesswork. Log as you go, invoice when you're ready. VoiceLogs Pro unlocks unlimited voice actions, Xero sync, Google Calendar integration, and more. Start with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, with no charge if you cancel before the trial ends.
