## Volkswagen Description
The Volkswagen app is the digital companion for your Volkswagen. It allows you to use mobile online services, irrespective of which model you drive with which drive type and whether you have a VW Connect, We Connect or Car-Net contract.

With the Volkswagen app, for instance, as the primary user, you can view your Volkswagen vehicle’s current range, pre-set your preferred temperature, find filling stations and charging stations and much more!

Here are just a few of the wide range of services available:

•	Vehicle status: Check whether the vehicle is locked and the lights are switched off
•	Send your destination to your vehicle with ease before you travel
•	View the last parking position
•	Store your preferred authorised workshop or contact Volkswagen AG directly
•	Vehicle Health Report
•	View the remaining range and current charge level even when you're not in the vehicle

Find out for yourself! The scope of functions may vary in particular according to vehicle configuration, contract (VW Connect, VW Connect Plus, We Connect or We Connect Plus), software version and market. Certain functions may become available for your vehicle at a later date where applicable.

We Charge:
•	Availability of charging stations in real time and further details (operator, charging capacity, etc.)
•	Manage charging plans and charging cards and view charging history
•	Connect and control the charger at home

The Volkswagen app is the former We Connect ID. app and also incorporates the functions of the We Connect app.

Download the Volkswagen app and updates free of charge using the button. If you do not perform available updates, you may not be able to access the full range of functions in their entirety.

To use the mobile online services, you need a Volkswagen ID user account and to log in to the Volkswagen app with your username and password. In addition, a separate contract (VW Connect, VW Connect Plus, We Connect or We Connect Plus) on the use of mobile online services must be concluded with Volkswagen AG online at www.myvolkswagen.net or via the Volkswagen app. More information is available at connect.volkswagen.com and your Volkswagen dealership.

ID.3 Pro: Electricity consumption in kWh/100 km: combined 16.5-15.2; CO2 emissions in g/km: combined 0. Consumption and emissions data is only available for the vehicle according to the WLTP, and not according to the NEDC. Information on consumption and CO₂ emissions with ranges depending on the selected equipment of the vehicle.

In practice, the actual electrical range varies depending on factors including driving style, speed, use of convenience/auxiliary equipment, outside temperature, number of passengers/additional load, topography and the battery's age and wear process.

“We're sorry, something isn't working properly. Please try again later“. This is what you have to get used to, as when you want to program a departure time, start/stop charging or start heating remotely, the app will refresh for a minute and then error out. It’s always when you’re in a hurry or don’t have the time to go in your car to set up the departure time. What’s the point of remote control when it’s so unstable you can never rely on it? The car is in an outdoor area with excellent 4g and 5g service, a full 12v battery and an almost full EV battery, so it’s the buggy vw cloud that is a huge letdown.

The app will randomly not connect to the car anymore, few times a month, for up to a day then work again by itself. Support's procedure for "fixing" it is dozens of annoying steps and does nothing.

Je trouve l’application vraiment minimaliste. À l’ère numérique c’est vraiment pauvre. D’autre marque de voiture offre bien plus… surtout pour les EV. Moyenne des consommations journalières, mensuelles…Statistique, performance, clef dans le téléphone… franchement VW réveillez vous. Payer pour un service minimaliste sur une voiture de 70000 euros c’est moyen

Un matin, bug ! La présentation dans la voiture avait totalement changé lu compris la station de radio !!! L’app indiquait que la voiture n’était plus connectée. J’ai donc dû faire toute la procédure, données personnelles, numéro de châssis etc pour la reconnecter. Maintenant ça va. Quid ? Mise à jour ou simple bug

Ik gebruik nu een ID.7 en vind het jammer dat de functies van de auto niet bruikbaar zijn als een andere gebruiker laatst met de auto gereden heeft. Als je de auto met meerdere gebruikers afwisselend gebruikt is dat niet handig. (Voorheen reed ik een Passat en was dat wel mogelijk)

Al weken probeer ik de app te gebruiken. Diverse keren telefonisch of per e-mail feedback gekregen maar zonder resultaat. 
Finaalnu toch al de ID4 in de  app zichtbaar gekregen maar kan geen enkele functie gebruiken behalve het klikken voor hulp…
De kwaliteit va het proces van aanmelden, de betrouwbaarheid, het functioneren en gebruiken van de app is echt abominabel. Eerst keer dat een automerk me zó zeer teleurgestelt. Wel alles laten betalen. 
Echt Volkswagen of zelfs Duitse autoindustrie onwaardig. 

Zwaar ontgoocheld.
