since updating not working
The app is no longer showing range or charge. It is connected because I was able to change the percentage battery charge virtually however battery charge and range no longer displays.

The Volkswagen app is the digital companion for your Volkswagen. It allows you to use mobile online services, irrespective of which model you drive with which drive type and whether you have a VW Connect, We Connect or Car-Net contract.

Consumption and emissions data is only available for the vehicle according to the WLTP, and not according to the NEDC. Information on consumption and CO₂ emissions with ranges depending on the selected equipment of the vehicle.
In practice, the actual electrical range varies depending on factors including driving style, speed, use of convenience/auxiliary equipment, outside temperature, number of passengers/additional load, topography and the battery's age and wear process.

Latest update has removed the visibility of range.
With last update battery level is not working

App is rubbish
This app is rubbish. It doesn’t get past the registration screen at all, circle just keeps on going round and around. Deleted the app, reinstalled, no good.

Love the vw app very easy to navigate
Unable to connect to car
Can’t connect to my car at all. Only getting a “something went wrong” message.
App showing limited access since installed
App has not worked since originally installed or reinstalled. At limited access and can’t find solution online or with manufacturer. All options are greyed out. Can see location of parked car but can’t use any of the settings
Is there an app issue since new iOS update 17.0.3?
App is blank on first page since iOS upgrade.
No active services ?
Ok, so the app was working very well, but now I can’t even sync the car with the app. The “vehicle health” option has greyed out as well as other options. I haven’t reset or amended anything on my side, so VW have done something. Frustrating.
Absolute crap
Unstable, erroneous, buggy… My 16-year old could probably produce a better version of this.
