The Volkswagen app is the digital companion for your Volkswagen. It allows you to use mobile online services, irrespective of which model you drive with which drive type and whether you have a VW Connect, We Connect or Car-Net contract.
With the Volkswagen app, for instance, as the primary user, you can view your Volkswagen vehicle’s current range, pre-set your preferred temperature, find filling stations and charging stations and much more!
Here are just a few of the wide range of services available:
• Vehicle status: Check whether the vehicle is locked and the lights are switched off
• Send your destination to your vehicle with ease before you travel
• View the last parking position
• Store your preferred authorised workshop or contact Volkswagen AG directly
• Vehicle Health Report
• View the remaining range and current charge level even when you're not in the vehicle

Consumption and emissions data is only available for the vehicle according to the WLTP, and not according to the NEDC. Information on consumption and CO₂ emissions with ranges depending on the selected equipment of the vehicle.
In practice, the actual electrical range varies depending on factors including driving style, speed, use of convenience/auxiliary equipment, outside temperature, number of passengers/additional load, topography and the battery's age and wear process.

For mange elektroniske bugs, pluss litt vinterproblemer. Selv etter oppdateringer er det feil som kommer og går, både med bil og app. Forvarmer av og til ikke, seter som av og til flytter seg bakover og ikke fremover når man lukker døra, radio som skrur seg på av seg selv, et par ganger ville bilen bare ikke gå, måtte gå langt unna med nøkkel, snø som smelter på frontrute, renner ned og fryser ved viskere og spylere. Fastfrosset is på tak smelter, raser ned mot gropa ved viskerne og blokkerer all sikt i fart. Kan ikke akkurat føne taket før tur om vinteren, står ute.

Hei. Nå er det 7 dager siden jeg hadde kontakt med bilen sist. Noen som kan rette opp i dette?

Ikke brukervennlig app…om det er to brukere. Dette er for dårlig.
Volkswagen app
Den største møkka appen som eksisterer. Klarer ikke og komme i kontakt med bilen. Resetter appen installerer på nytt makan til møkk. Ser dere svarer som alltid at en skal ta kontakt med kundeservice og referere til en mail adresse. Dette er selvfølgelig gjort. Men det blir ikke noe bedre. Ut og inn på verksted samt det er alltid servern hos dere som er problemet. Bare begredelig og triste greier. Å ikke klare å lage noe som er bedre i 2024.
Kupevarmer fungerer 1 av 10 ganger
Å få aktivert kupevarmeren er værre nå enn noen sinne. Det fungerer så få ganger at man må jo begynne å lure på hvordan dette er mulig. Det funker hvis man setter avreisetid dagen etter, men å starte den direkte i appen er gambling på høyt plan... En GSM modul fra TEMU ville mest sannsynlig fungert bedre... Og HVORFOR har dere endret menyen for avreisetider? Nå får man bare satt 2 tider og man MÅ velge dag istedet for at den automatisk velger dagen etter...? Her bør dere ta en revurdering, kanskje få ansatt noen som KAN lage app som fungerer.....
