## Volm Description
Volm is a workout tracker with real programming built in. Log your lifts fast, run a structured program, and let automated progression handle your weight increases. The core is free with no ads, and social is there only if you want it.

LOGGING
- Fast logging — sets, reps, weight, time, distance, and notes for any exercise, with your previous numbers in view
- Quick Log — type a workout in plain English and Volm parses it into exercises, sets, reps, and weight
- Set types — mark sets as warmup, working, drop, or failure, and group supersets
- Rest timers — automatic, customizable per exercise
- Plate calculator — shows exactly which plates to load on each side of the bar
- Exercise library — hundreds of barbell, dumbbell, bodyweight, machine, and cardio exercises, or create your own
- Exercise notes — pin form cues that show up every time you train the movement

Love the theme variety as someone who is aesthetically motivated by the app choices available. I really enjoy the simplicity of how everything is mapped and the overall navigation is pretty intuitive. I tried heVy previously but honestly preferred this interface and customization aspect over that. Comes with a lot of the same perks and I like that there's a permanent option should I decide I want full dedication to the app vs only subscription. Great job devs please continue to improve this app and I hope it takes off against the competitors!

I love the simplicity and layout of the app, I like all the different themes as well. I have been following one of the pre made programs and overall the functionality is there. Prior to the most recent update, the app was slow and would freeze during a workout. This improved with the latest update but not completely. I still have to wait roughly 5 seconds until I can log a set. Also, the plate calculator isn’t working, or at least I have not been able to figure it out. I’m still testing out the app, so my rating is subject to change. I like the app and after everything is smoothed out it could be one of my favorites. Thanks for the free lifetime sub.

This app has been great so far! I love its simple design, with no intrusive ads, but don’t let the simple design fool you, it is packed with great features!

Some minor issues I did encounter:
1) I can’t figure out how to reorder exercises in a template that I have built
2) The A.I. feature for importing templates can be a little buggy, often failing, without giving any reasons why
