Absolutely garbage, buggy as hell. I had to input everything in twice cause my WiFi got “interrupted” load of crap as my other banks work fine. Then to top it off I set the login pin and the app says “pin not set” why on earth did I just set a pin then?

My advice stay away. A load of junk.

I have just tried to sign up to Volopa & have scanned my ID & taken a selfie. I have now received a message saying that my application has been rejected but giving no reason or explanation. Very poor.

I recently used my Volopa card on a road-trip around Europe and was very impressed by the service.
The app is easy to use, taking no more than 30 seconds to top-up your card with funds then exchange into any currency you require.
The rates were the best I came across on the market and using the card saved us well over €400, as opposed to taking out cash or using our UK bank cards.
Would highly recommend to any travelling individual.
