## Vonage Home Extensions Reviews in United States

### ***** "Teddy’s"
I have had Vonage from their beginning. My phone was a land line 57 years ago. Because of them I have kept number while moving.
-- NobleSr, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Needs an update or bug fix"
Horrible app. Often doesn’t even ring and hangs up when in calls.
-- Sherikins20, 2024-12-08

### ****- "Some concerns but overall great"
We have had Vonage since it started. We love it. My only concern is that certain features such as call forwarding and voicemail are not as smooth in the App.
-- ricin2, 2024-12-05

### **--- "Going downhill"
Loved Vonage when it first came out (we have had the service for 15 years) but it’s price has increased and quality of connection greatly deteriorated. Our overseas calls are now frequently dropped and often we have to try several times to get a connection. Looking for an alternative currently.
-- HerculesJ, 2024-11-24

### ***** "Fraud?"
Worst company ever. Opened my account and went through all the steps to have there phone service. Once it was paid for and set up they closed my account with in an hour. I called the help center and they told me it was because of possible fraud but couldn’t explain to me why or get a supervisor on the line to help me. Very disappointed and would never recommend to anyone!!!
-- Mbomb13!, 2024-11-22

### ***** "Fantastic App"
I use this app very often, specially when overseas. Calls are very clear, there’s hardly any latency and it works over wifi or cell data. I can take care of my account needs easily and quickly.
-- Player dude 131121, 2024-11-22

### ***** "Very Happy"
Very Happy👌👍✌️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
-- TPJ Vaasi, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Incoming Calls Get Stuck"
While using app incoming calls will get stuck or dropped.
-- P1ucker, 2024-11-13

### ***** "Excellent App"
I have been using this for more than 8 years. Now with 2 free extensions ( both me and my spouse use it on our cell phones) and the ability to call overseas with and without wifi, this is the main app I use for all my international calls. I now make a lot of international calls while driving. It is more useful if you make international calls. Try it. You’ll never be disappointed.
-- Gsunu, 2024-11-01

### **--- "App doesn’t update recent calls"
The Extensions app under the “Recent” calls tab does not update regularly. Even swiping down on the page to force an update it still does not. The Extensions app could be so much better if it was updated for bugs and tweaked with some new features.
