Beware: scammers
I bought tickets through the tab that said tomorrow for Saturday 23rd as there was only a tab labeled tomorrow and another labeled Sunday. After payment was successful, the date shown on my booking was for Friday 22nd and the time for the movie was in less than an hour. I contacted support multiple times and they told me it’s just a glitch and I wouldn’t be refunded. If you took the time to read this, don’t book online or use offers. It’s better to book in person because they won’t be any help at all otherwise. Worst experience in a cinema I’ve ever had. Worst app. Don’t waste your time.
a lag is happening :(
for some reason whenever i try checking the coming soon movies it lags and the screen freezes, it wont move or let me click on anything and i really need to see the showing times for the movie i want to watch, please help🙏🏼

I book mistakenly a movie one day ahead, I tried to cancel it but no refund found on the app. I called the help center to redeem the money, they've been working on it for more than two weeks! This is so unprofessional.
