Waste

Very poor and waste app I seen in my entire day

The APP keeps logging me out, the performance is really bad ,, It should be improved much better

This is the worst app which I ever used. It will test our patience and waste our time.

Ticket booking

Tried to book ticket using ADCB BOGO (standard cinema/regular seat) But it was declined ADCB confirm that the BOGO is still active on my credit card Later called up vox helpline, they said to book premium seats and it will be available That too got declined as ADCB have BOGO only on standard cinema/regular seat Completely disgusting process for booking Leading nowhere

The screen is not proper fit

The film is not properly aligned in the screen and The exit board light is totally disturbed.

Hiding venue information

Venue information not clear till the payment is made

How can i log in????

After I downloaded the app, I opened the ticket and choose the seat and it pops up log in or proceed as a guest. Ok then I clicked login which takes me to the webpage WHICH IS THE LANDING PAGE YOOOO I WANT TO LOG IN WITH MY EXISTING ACCOUNT. How?? Im lost.

Charges

It’s very unfair that charging for ages below 5 years. I have paid for my kid 3.5 years and she was not even used the seat. I can’t see these practice in India that they’re charging for only those who have aged above 5 years.
