I like the way this works. I’ve been trying Humbeatz too, and this is just ten times more usable. I wind up with beats that are approximately what I intended (though being able to change the quantization grid density would be nice), unlike with the other one. This /could/ become part of my workflow. I have long loved the idea of being able to create finished beats starting with beatboxing and/or tabletop drumming. (This app works great for the latter too.) But without MIDI out, I can’t do much with it without having to do an additional, manual step. Meaning, notate the beat on paper and copy it over to—say—Funk Drummer.
