## VoxGuru Reviews in India

### *---- "🚨 ₹1,599 DEDUCTED and NO COURSE ACCESS!"
I paid ₹1,599 for a VoxGuru course and the transaction went through successfully, but I received neither a receipt nor access to the course.

I contacted support multiple times and have been very patient regarding my payment/transaction details, but they refused to even investigate because I didn't have a receipt. A receipt that VoxGuru should be responsible for.

This is very disheartening. You cannot take a customer's money and then refuse to check the payment.

Please locate my payment, activate my course, or issue a refund immediately.
-- Shradha GS, 2026-09-05

### ***-- "Content is good, but a lot of bugs"
Issues on group chat:
Chats are not responding after the upgrade. Taking too long time to start an audio after clicking the play button. Upgrade made the experience worse.
-- sree.25, 2026-07-18

### ***** "Wonderful experience"
From grade 1 itself I am satisfied with the classes provided. Precise and individual oriented. But o face difficulties in sending assignments via app. I could send the assignments but it couldn’t be assessed. I have seen similar problems reported by other iPhone users as well. Please do the needful for sorting this issue
-- Archanams2093, 2026-06-20

### *---- "Bad"
Paid money for a budle but couldn’t access the course n very very bad customer support. They just don’t address the issue. I lost money
-- Shravya 23, 2026-05-16

### **--- "Not able to access beyond Home Screen"
Issue in accessing content by iPad. Not able to access content
-- Rvidya19, 2026-04-01

### ****- "Good content but make it available offline"
It takes a lot of time for the app to load and needs internet connection for it to work which is unnecessary if purchased content is available offline. Riyaz shouldn’t be blocked on availability of good internet connection for repeatedly used static content.
-- Harsha Kiran, 2026-01-10

### *---- "Paid Carnatic basic course but course not received. Wrote to them no response."
Paid Carnatic basic course but course not received. Wrote to them no response.
-- rki747, 2025-12-15

### *---- "Not able to login"
I’m not able to login since last 10 days. Even though I’ve paid the subscription fee. 4Stars for the content but due to this app issue I’m giving 1Star. Hope it is resolved so that I’m give the actual rating for content.
-- Yaarvivek, 2025-10-03

### ***** "Useful"
