Takes so long to get any kind of reply, then they just disappear and stop replying mid chat. I cannot get answers to my questions. Information is easy to access and finding out information about the medication and plans is very simple. However, I was enticed by Voy due to its coaching aspect and someone is there to help you through and support you on a weekly basis. I had an initial chat with a dietitian who I thought would regularly check in with me and chat weekly about what goals I need to do and what to implement. But, there’s been nothing. I haven’t had any “check-ins” by my Dietician or follow ups to my initial meeting with her. I’m a bit disappointed with that as it’s one of the big reasons I wanted to use Voy.
