This app does not work

This is undoubtedly the WORST APP ever created! We should be able to REMOVE pictures, not just upload them! And don’t even bother with the “user’s manual”. It’s as useless as the app, itself. I don’t know who created this, but they missed the mark big time!

I’m a photographer and I thought that this frame would be a great way to display my work. Well this thing is useless, my photo looks beautiful but I decided to do a test run and only upload one photo to the frame. This was a mistake because after doing that I not can nolonger upload any more photos to the frame from my phone. There is no add file button and the only thing I can do is take a photo with the crappy app and upload it to the frame. Why would I want a selfie? I want to upload photos from my iPhone photo album. I don’t want to take crappy photos with the Vphoto app.

This could be one of the worst examples of what qualifies as an app. It is impossible to do anything except send photos to the frame. You can’t really control anything with the app but must go to the photo frame and do everything using the screen on the frame. Don’t confuse this with an App. It is simply the upload method for photo frame and you can only upload from your photos app on your phone so if you have your photos in a folder or online cloud you have to save them first to your phone and then using your photo app upload them. It is so bad that it makes having this photo frame questionable.

Not sure what’s happening, but my pictures are not uploaded. I deleted it and reinstalled and still not uploading.

This technology is poorly designed and not easy to use. Developer should make it simple to add photos, upload, and less glitches.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. No matter how you send the photos (email or WiFi) when you go to the frame and choose user, it says “no photos found” if you just opened the box for this, stop now, don’t download the app and waste your time. Return this product instead.

Clunky and unintuitive. Didn’t work on Mac. Some pages in CHINESE on an English app. Total clown shoes.

This worked for a year then it stopped. The frame turns on for 2 minutes then says unknown error and shuts down. Oh well. At least I still have all my pictures
