I subscribed for a 3 mths contract and it turns out to disappointed me when it block my account all in a sudden. Im not using it daily but only sometimes to check my ig and watch YouTube. Just use few hrs per weekand nothing non compliance i guarantee. But when I need to plan my travel trip it stops my access! Im so regret that did not read the previous 1 star comments carefully and I found that all is true! The network is good but the services and the so call AI system is hell no. This App definitely will soon been destroyed by this AI.

I used this vpn service for around 4 years until my account was suddenly and inexplicably suspended over a month ago. Customer support regularly puts me on ai bot chat and all I’ve received are vague apologies and promises to “look into the issue” with no actual resolution. I was completely locked out from my account and unable to log out from my current devices even after deleting the app (apparently they told me that they locked my device id). And when asking how to recover my account costumer support told me to get a new device?? 
As someone who frequently travels between the us and mainland china, this has seriously disrupted my work and made it incredibly difficult to stay in touch with my family back in the states in the past month or so, as it’s extremely hard to find a reliable alternative vpn once you’re already in China.
I’ve given up on receiving my account at this point, but for those who are considering using their service, be aware that your access can be taken away at any time and without warning, and you might be left with no help at all.
