I’ve installed the latest update and it’s not working. I’m not talking about vpn connection itself, I can’t even open the app, when I click on the app icon, there’s a loading screen that never give me an access to the app.
Subscription was cancelled due to: Your device was detected by an artificial intelligence system as a device with abnormal behavior.. There were no unsafe actions taken. At the same time, they can’t even return the money normally, a day has already passed, and the money has not arrived, since Apple support takes a long time to process the ticket. How is this possible, any user can find themselves in such a situation and not be able to use their own account anymore, it sounds so stupid, I hope this app will be removed from the store over time, because this cannot be done!
