TOO MANY CAPTCHAS…but absolutely love everything else.
Been on PIA for about 9 years. Works well and rarely a problem. Whenever I’ve had a problem or enquiry , they’ve got back to me very very quickly every time….. only criticism is there are too many Captchas required.

Does everything a vpn should for ½ the price of its quality rivals. Only issue is it’s hit and miss with BBC streaming; reconfiguration usually works.
Didn’t work for RTE Player
Like the title says, didn’t work for accessing RTE player.

Really good VPN!
I was jumping around VPN providers using the free trials, because I’m a Scrooge, and accidentally purchased a 12 month subscription when the trial ended. It was a really good mistake, their customer service has been great, their product has been great and I will definitely renew at the end of the current 12 month plan.
Don’t do it!
I cancelled my subscription a year ago as I wasn’t happy with this and at renewal they charged me more than double the amount . I did get some money refunded, but cancelled so it wouldn’t renew again. Jus received an email, that they have taken another years payment!! Trying to sort this stuff up with their support department, but absolutely useless and not at all helpful,
