It’s very good within the very reasonable price.
Does not work
Installed it to bypass China’s firewall when travelling there. Faced connection issues on both my phone and laptop. Googled, fiddled with the settings, tried everything for a whole afternoon. Nothing worked. I saw online that many ppl had the same problem as me, with no solutions. I tried out another major VPN service afterwards (not naming as I don’t want to be accused of being a fake review) and it worked immediately.

Seamless, easy to understand set-up and connection is great!
I needed to get a reliable VPN fast. PIA got me going in a matter of minutes. The set up was intuitive. No lag so far. Layout is superb. Price-point is great. And I do not feel coerced into buying more even though I think I will probably stay on you guys. Thank you :)

Bad Customer Service
I had a bad experience with this app. Took up the one week trial, realised that I did not use much so decided to cancel the subscription on the last day. But turn out it was cancel on my Apple subscription but subscription was renewed on the app itself. Contacted the customer service and they insisted that I chose to resume mu subscription, and they did not want to refund my money! Terrible. Pls do not take up the free trial!!!
Not working
All servers provided are not able to provide VPN services. It worked at the few days during trial period only. Then all serveres are jammed.
