Although it's easy to use, the connection process in China can be lengthy or impossible.

Though I have not selected the premium version, I find this vpn more legitimate than others, this works in China and the basic version is free and easy to use.

I am writing to complain about your VPN service's excessive and frustrating ad requirements. Requiring users to watch an ad every 15 minutes of usage is far too frequent and disruptive. Having to sit through ads so often makes the service annoying and difficult to use productively. One of the most frustrating aspects is that sometimes the ads do not even load properly, so Ill just end up stuck waiting for the ad to load so I can continue using the service. This wastes so much time and god is it aggravating. So many ads is just unreasonable and will likely drive users away from your service. I would like to see the ad frequency reduced significantly, to no more than one ad per hour at most or just put the ad in the backgrounds so it does not hinder users using the service. If ads must be shown, ensuring they load promptly. Please let me know if you have any questions or require any further information. I hope we can resolve this issue quickly.

Am in Singapore using Hotspotshield to connect to China but Apps still see my access as outside China
