Hi I’m posting a review because there was a duplicated purchase in your app. HKD688 was purchased three times, in total it is HKD2064 it is such a big money so I think it is unnecessary when I was just trying to use the free trial. Can you please leave a link or gmail of service center so that I can leave a image of bank history? Respond people you literally stole more than 2000 dollars and not responding for 2 days you don’t think this is serious? We will declaration you if you don’t respond with in 1 week just don’t live like this

They have been banned to use in China and informed them for help but no measures to fix it and still charged me by month. I already checked how to stop this payment by iTunes setting. Up now I am not sure it already stop.

I have never realized one application could be so stable and sufficient, it’s totally amazing , I am so excited that I can get a really quick connection with my friends , and enjoy some fantastic music and news on instagram and Twitter, this application makes significant sense, It’s incredible

I had unsubscribes and terminated the service but still charging me month by month. I had sent mail to CS but no one does follow up for me

This app charged me automatically and i didn’t subscribe anything. i emailed your cs for a whole week and get zero response, please reply and refund please. *update*almost a month passed, they send me an email, notice me the case will be closed since i did not response in last 10days. Seriously guys? This customer service is ridiculous! Worst app experience ever.
