Не смогла зайти и идентифицироваться. Платная версия никуда не пускала, невозможно было подключиться. Возврат денег не делают.

Bad app.

I dont usually write reviews but i couldnt not share my experience with app. Bought a subscription for my trip in russia, now, i had the same vpn on my phone but i changed it because i needed the vpn on 24/7 but it most of the time just wouldn't connect, i paid for premium but i couldnt use most of the servers but they would NEVER connect, the only servers that would work were “the fastest server” option which was most of the time germany or the netherlands. When i would use a 150mb wifi with the vpn turned on the wifi would be maybe 50mb or less, on the phone itd be 2mb. And now when the app started saying how much i have left for my subscription (started at 3 days, now it the last day) i cant even use it because when i turn it on and the vpn is working after a couple of minutes the vpn turns off by itself and the device doesnt change between networks, basically, i turn on the vpn, it connects, i exit the app and after 10 seconds-5minutes max it turns off. Sorry devs, but the app is NOT it

Bad service

I purchased the 12.9$ plan and when I tried to log out and logging in again it suddenly showed me I cannot access to my account. I talked to the live chat support for two days and nothing helped from their side. Worst customer service ever and bad bug on the app. Not recommend from my experience with them.

I downloud this app for 2 hours which means that i should no pay, they wrote you pay when you use it more than 7 days so i did not use it more than 2 hours , so they took from me 40 shekels with no reason i hate this app and its system so bad dont use it its so baaad

How can I cancel my trial period?

There is no direct link for trial subscription cancellation.

Dont really recommend.

Great app but everything costs money. For every place you need premium and I’m not looking to buy something.
