HORRIBLEEE!!!
I used this app last year with a premium subscription and it worked pretty well. There were some occasional slow moments but overall, it connected and did what it was supposed to do. I was satisfied enough to keep using it and felt like I got what I paid for. This year, I decided to purchase premium again. But ever since I resubscribed, the app just does not work at all. The main problem is that every time I try to connect to the VPN, my Wi-Fi completely disconnects. It makes no sense because the VPN obviously needs internet access to connect. If I try to turn my Wi-Fi back on, the VPN instantly disconnects. So I either have VPN with no internet or internet with no VPN. That makes the app totally useless. I even tried switching to mobile data instead of Wi-Fi. It said I was connected to the VPN, but nothing actually worked. None of my apps would load and I couldn’t browse anything. The VPN shows as active, but there is no internet access at all. I’ve tried everything. I reinstalled the app, restarted my phone, tested it on other networks. Nothing helped. I also went through the reviews and saw that other people are having this exact same problem. The developers replied to some of them and gave a list of things to try. I followed all of those steps and absolutely none of them fixed the issue. What’s even more frustrating is that this seems like a known problem and it is still not being fixed. The support in the app is also pretty limited and doesn’t actually help in situations like this. I paid for something that literally does not function and I am not the only one. At this point I feel like I wasted my money and time. The app used to work just fine. Now it is completely broken and I have no idea if or when this will be addressed. Please take this seriously and stop replying to people with the same recycled advice that doesn’t work.
