I Deleted their application from my phone and they took a subscription fee for the app which l don’t use anymore and when l tried contacting them they acted like ghosts nobody replied to me is this customer service @Larva.

Price hike unjustifiable
After seeing my subscription was due a 180% price increase. Used it for many years and never had an issue… i would have accepted a 50% increase but and after speaking with Larva VPN realised they we just not interested in rewarding loyalty. just paid for a competitors VPN and sorry to say bye! Disappointing!

Great VPN but……
Great VPN, but the huge monthly price increase (£3.49 to £19.99) in August has put me off. Sadly deleted and cancelled the subscription.
