You can’t sign in so you can’t use it

Equipment is great but pointless if I can see the pictures, doing all the edits and every time I go to preview it tells me sorry link don’t work. Oops! There’s no tutorial on how to create the live tours, just how to take the pictures. Again pointless to have equipment and app and no directions whatsoever

Why can’t I download the images? Why is there no customer service? This app is very basic but I’m so frustrated I’m about to ask to return everything!

I have been having intermittent issues with the application not able to access the “album” of pictures. Very frustrating. Currently I cannot upload photos into virtual tours. Hoping tomorrow the problem will magically go away like last time

Can’t. Every time I try to sign up it shows me the terms and policies but absolutely no way further than that...

The app need update to support latest IOS. it’s loading infinity now

I am tired talking to support whose attitude and promptness are not up to par ... I am getting nowhere. This company may or may not have the tech but certainly doesn't have good customer services or a ceo. Maybe no one there knows who their clientele or customer base is.

You have to upgrade to a monthly subscription to get the additional free items shipped. Deleting app.
