Description
RICOH(リコー)「THETA」(全天球カメラ)を利用した、不動産向けに開発したVR映像作成アプリです。
・夜しか時間がないお客様の内見はなかなか難しいですが、VR-Roomなら天気も時間も関係なく内見可能！VR-Roomを利用すればあたかもその場にいるように物件を見ていただくことができます。もちろん内見日が雨の日でも晴れの日状態を見て頂くことが可能です。
・店舗でVR-Roomを利用することで、多くの現地内見をせずに気に入った物件のみ見て頂くことができます。VR-Roomで見て気に入った物件の現地内見に行くため移動時間の短縮が可能です。また現地に行く前にVR-Roomを使うことで、早い段階でのお客様の希望条件とミスマッチのを防ぐことができ成約率UPに繋がります。
・写真だけでは分かりづらい奥行きや高さ・雰囲気などをVR-Roomで見て頂けるので、物件の魅力を感じて頂くことができます。
